Mono Marvellously Sweet RAW Honey is harvested from our apiary in the Town of Mono, situated in south-central Ontario, Canada, at the south-east corner of Dufferin County. The Town of Mono is a rural community in both geography and character. It has a wide variation in topography, being composed of mostly rolling, tree-covered hills. It holds many streams and creeks which form the headwaters of three rivers - the Humber River, Nottawasaga River and Credit River. This honey is NOT BLENDED with any other honeys located outside our Mono Apiary. This community of beehives are placed in an urban - rural setting located at the edge of natural tree line. This area of urban homes and farmland setting has an abundance of natural wildflowers, shrubs, matured trees, and agricultural floral sources at reach within the surrounding area. This season’s honey harvest is Golden / Amber in colour with pleasant, sweet tones. Give it a try and let us know if we’ve got it right or other wise, you decide. Feedback is always welcome.
Happ-bee Day… 😊
Please Note: All real honey will crystallize. This is a natural process that all real honeys achieve, to preserve its quality and flavor uniqueness. To find out more about natural honey crystallization and how to liquify it should you desire, check out our page on “The Honey”.…
