Meaford Memorably Sweet RAW Honey is harvested from our apiary in the Meaford region, a municipality in Grey County, Ontario, Canada located on Nottawasaga Bay, a sub-basin of Georgian Bay and Owen Sound Bay, in the traditional territory of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation in southern Ontario. The heart of Ontario’s apple country. This honey is NOT BLENDED with any other honeys located outside our Meaford Apiary. This community of beehives are placed in an urban - rural setting located at the edge of natural tree line. Wild and agricultural apple trees surround this area of urban homes and farmland. Natural wildflowers, shrubs, and matured trees are also within floral reach of this bee yard. A new addition to the many communities in our care. This season's honey harvest is light colour with sweet soft tones. Give it a try and let us know if we’ve got it right or other wise, you decide. Feedback is always welcome.
Happ-bee Day… 😊
Please Note: All real honey will crystallize. This is a natural process that all real honeys achieve, to preserve its quality and flavor uniqueness. To find out more about natural honey crystallization and how to liquify it should you desire, check out our page on “The Honey”.…
