Collingwood Sweet RAW Honey, is harvested from our apiary in the Collingwood region, located on the southern shores of Georgian Bay in the County of Simcoe, a promontory of the Niagara Escarpment. This honey is NOT BLENDED with any other honeys located outside our Collingwood Apiary. This community of beehives are nicely nestled along a gentle sloping valley by a slow flowing creek among a variety of wild and agricultural apple trees. Other harvest fields include large areas of natural wildflowers, shrubs, and matured trees. This delightful honey blends the wild with the orchard and its floral accents shine. Noticeably lighter in colour with a unique taste. Of course, every year that recipe of colour, taste and aroma may change depending on the available resources. This Apiary has rewarded us with great taste and sweetness year after year. Give it a try and decide for yourself. Feedback is always welcome.
Happ-bee Day… 😊
Please Note: All real honey will crystallize. This is a natural process that all real honeys achieve, to preserve its quality and flavor uniqueness. To find out more about natural honey crystallization and how to liquify it should you desire, check out our page on “The Honey”.…
