Coldwater Sweet Creek RAW Honey, is harvested from our apiary in the Coldwater area, located in Severn Township, Simcoe County, south-central Ontario, Canada. This honey is NOT BLENDED with any other honeys located outside our Coldwater area Apiary. This community of beehives are nicely nestled among a large, protected area of natural trees, wildflowers, with some agricultural areas nearby. This delightful honey boosts clean wild florals. Noticeably lighter in colour with a distinctive taste. Of course, every year that recipe of colour, taste and aroma may change depending on the available resources. This Apiary has rewarded us with reliable unique taste and sweetness year after year. Give it a try and decide for yourself. Feedback is always welcome.
