Cambridge Cool Sweet RAW Honey is harvested from our apiary in the City of Cambridge, located in Regional Municipality of Waterloo, in southwestern Ontario, Canada. This honey is NOT BLENDED with any other honeys located outside our Cambridge Apiary. This community of beehives are exclusively snuggled next to a protected watershed situated in urban glory. An abundance of trees, shrubs, urban spaces, including a variety of wild flora surround their home stead. That balance of Urban / Country combination produces a distinct decorous honey in all attributes. Balanced in colour, light to medium gold/amber, solid taste, and floral aroma. Of course, every year that recipe of colour, taste and aroma may change depending on the available resources. This Apiary doesn’t provide volumes of honey, but it stands firmly next to all other honeys on that podium. Don’t let this one honey pass you by if have a chance to enjoy. It will not disappoint.
