Blue Mountain Sweet RAW Honey, is harvested from our apiary in the Blue Mountain region, located in Grey County, southwestern Ontario, Canada. This honey is NOT BLENDED with any other honeys located outside our Blue Mountain Apiary. This community of beehives are nicely nestled among agricultural areas of Apples, Pears, Plums, and other harvest fields including large areas of natural wildflowers and trees in the distance. This delightful honey naturally blends the wild and orchard florals as one for its uniqueness. Of course, every year that recipe of colour, taste and aroma may change depending on the available resources. This Apiary has rewarded us with great taste and sweetness year after year. This honey may-bee naturally crystallized.
