Greenock Country Sweet RAW Honey, is harvested from our apiary in the former Township of Greenock, now known as the Municipality of Brockton, located in Bruce County, a peninsula separating Lake Huron from Georgian Bay in southwestern Ontario, Canada. This honey is NOT BLENDED with any other honeys located outside our Greenock Apiary. This community of beehives are nicely nestled among the edge of agricultural fields including large areas of natural wildflowers, including a variety of clovers and trees. This is a delightful honey. Noticeably medium to deeper colour, with a balanced country flavour. Of course, every year that recipe of colour, taste and aroma may change depending on the available resources. This Apiary has rewarded us with great taste and sweetness year after year. Give it a try and decide for yourself. Feedback is always welcome.
Happ-bee Day… 😊
Please Note: All real honey will crystallize. This is a natural process that all real honeys achieve, to preserve its quality and flavor uniqueness. To find out more about natural honey crystallization and how to liquify it should you desire, check out our page on “The Honey”.
