Collingwood Sweet RAW Honey, is harvested from our apiary in the Collingwood area, located in Simcoe County, south-central Ontario, Canada on Georgian Bay. This honey is NOT BLENDED with any other honeys located outside our Collingwood area Apiary. This community of beehives are nicely nestled among apple orchards, mature trees, wildflowers, and some agriculture.  This delightful honey boasts smooth wild florals. Noticeably Medium-Light in colour with a distinctive flavour.  Of course, every year that recipe of colour, taste and aroma may change depending on the available resources. This is the first harvest of a new Apiary. Give it a try and decide for yourself. Feedback is always welcome.
