Blue Mountain Sweet RAW Honey, is harvested from our apiary in the Blue Mountain region, located in Grey County, southwestern Ontario, Canada. This honey is NOT BLENDED with any other honeys located outside this apiary. This community of beehives are nicely nestled among agricultural areas of Apples, Pears, Plums, and other harvest fields including large areas of natural wildflowers and trees. This delightful honey blends the wild and orchard florals. Noticeably lighter in colour with a unique flavour. Of course, every year that recipe of colour, taste and aroma may change depending on the available resources. This Apiary has rewarded us with great taste and sweetness year after year.
